These are the most splendiferous pair of pilgrim pumps shoes. Black velvet with large round rhinestone buckles mounted onto a bow shape, with silver edging between the sole and uppers. Made by Soiree with a nice solid 2" heel and elastic at the vamp which is hidden by the bow buckle -  These shoes are made for a very glam witch indeed.
